Transformation Lead (m/v)

Are you passionate about transformation, ready for a new adventure and interested in health insurance? Then you may be our new Transformation lead!


Your role

  • Actively manage large projects with cross-functional dependencies – de-risk delivery against milestones, benefits, and budgets
  • Get commitment of all involved parties, support change at all levels and communicate effectively
  • Provide transparency and line-of-sight to projects managed or overseen
  • Challenge target solution design, business case, and roadmap to ensure quality
  • Ensure that business requirements are agreed-upon and well-understood, and fully aligned with IT where required
  • Pro-actively manage risks and issues. Escalate to Project SteerCo and Transformation Director where required
  • Implement solutions adequately
  • Guarantee the quality and sustainability of deliverables
  • Provide project management oversight and support across smaller projects across the portfolio


Desired skills and expertise

You are someone who  

  • Has experience with Strategy and large-scale Transformation (ideally involving technology) with financial institutions
  • Is highly customer and solution oriented
  • Can quickly analyze current business performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Is capable to translate improvement opportunities into a concrete plan and deliverables
  • Is a strong leader who is able to inspire, motivate and involve the right people
  • Is a real change agent
  • Is excited about health Insurance


And you have as well  

  • A Master degree
  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation
  • Detailed understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Good knowledge of Insurance and financial services
  • Proven communication / influencing skills with the ability to work at all levels
  • Change management skills
  • Affinity with IT
  • Thorough knowledge of English, Dutch and French
